Using the camera, he showed me where roots had broken through the pipe and totally blocked up a part of the main line. After assessing the situation, he gave me multiple options with estimates that were more than reasonable - far better than I would have received elsewhere.
I prefer to turn to local, family-owned businesses. Especially with Blue Drop Plumbing, I'm so glad I did. The Tony has good, solid work ethics and is honest and upfront - no hidden costs, no inflating the problem. He explains everything as he works and his knowledge is exceptional.
